Instructions from the notification
- Photograph: Recent passport style colour photo against a light, preferably white, background.
- Photograph: Look straight at the camera; no cap, hat or dark glasses.
- Signature: Sign on white paper with a black ink pen.
- Signature: Do not sign in capital letters.
- Left thumb impression: Left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
- Hand-written declaration: Write in English, in your own handwriting, on white paper with black ink, not in capital letters.
- Hand-written declaration: Text: "I, (your name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
- IBPS marks the pixel sizes as preferred; the KB ranges are required.
- IBPS also captures a live photo during the application.

Are my photo and signature uploaded to AglaSem?
No. The resizer runs entirely in your browser. Your images are never sent to any server, and they disappear when you close the page.
My file is smaller than the minimum KB. What does the tool do?
It first keeps the image at the highest quality. If the file is still below the minimum, it adds a small block of empty data inside the JPG so the size meets the minimum. The picture itself does not change and the form accepts it.
How do I make a good signature image?
Sign with a black pen on plain white paper, take a clear photo in good light, then crop tightly around the signature. Keep "Clean background" on: it turns the paper pure white and makes the ink darker.
