NSO

The National Science Olympiad, popularly known as NSO, is a national- and international-level competitive examination conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). It is open to school students from Classes 1 to 12 and assesses their conceptual understanding and aptitude in science, along with logical reasoning. Held once a year, generally in school-based offline mode (with online options as notified), NSO aims to identify and nurture scientific talent among young learners and provides ranks, medals and rewards at school, zonal and international levels.
