Bihar NMMS

The Bihar National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship, popularly known as Bihar NMMS, is a state-level scholarship examination conducted under the centrally-sponsored National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme by SCERT under the Bihar School Examination Board. The exam selects meritorious students from economically weaker sections studying in Class 8 in government and government-aided schools for the award of scholarships, payable during Classes 9 to 12 to reduce dropouts at the secondary stage.
