Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (HARTRON) conducts the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation & Applications (SETC) exam multiple times a year. It is conducted for newly / recruited, stenographers & steno-typists clerks to achieve 100% IT literacy in Government offices and to grant the increment in their pay scale.
