The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, popularly known as MHT CET, is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. MHT CET is held for admission to first-year undergraduate professional courses in Maharashtra, including engineering, technology, pharmacy and agriculture-related programmes. The exam is conducted once a year in online (computer-based) mode and is offered in PCM and PCB groups, testing candidates on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology based on the state Class 11 and 12 syllabus.
