About CIFNET CET

The Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training (CIFNET) conducts entrance exams for admission into its B.F.Sc (Nautical Science) and VNC/ MFC (Vessel Navigator Course/Marine Fitter Course). The exam evaluates candidates on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, focusing on those aspiring to pursue careers in fisheries and nautical engineering.

It is managed by the Department of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry of the Government of India. The faculty in this institute is highly qualified, dedicated and experienced in their field of specialization.
