State CET Cell has postponed the issuance of MHT CET admit card and the exam scheduled to be held from April 13 to 23 due to COVID-19. MHT CET 2020 Admit Card
State CET Cell releases MHT CET admit card at candidate login of mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in. It is an essential document to get entry at the exam center and it also conveys roll number, exam center and exam instructions.
MHT CET 2020 Admit Card Release Date and Exam Date
The most important thing to note are the dates associated with the event. They are as follows.

When will the admit card be released now?
The last date of the nationwide lockdown is April 14, 2020. Therefore it is expected that the new dates will be announced after that. As of now, the exam conducting body has not provided any firm date for the announcement.

How to download MHT CET 2020 admit card?
The complete process of obtaining the admit card for MHT CET 2020 is online. It is a simple and candidate friendly process as explained below. Follow these steps to download the hall ticket hassle free.
Step 1: Go to the official website cetcell.mahacet.org.
Step 2: On the website, locate and click the link MHT-CET 2020. You will see it under “under graduate courses’ as well as ‘agriculture education’.

Step 3: Now you land at the MHT CET 2020 website mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in. here, locate the login section.

Step 4: Now enter login id, and password in order to login.
Step 5: After logging in, you will get the admit card download link in the dashboard, from where you can download the pdf file of the hall ticket.
Note: After downloading the admit card you also need to print it.

MHT CET 2020 Admit Card Not Issued?
State CET Cell may not issue admit card if the candidate’s application form was rejected. There are some rules on application form submission. And those who do not abide by it, their form is rejected and they are not given admit card. Here are the rules for your reference.
- Candidates can submit only one application form.
- State CET cell rejects incomplete application forms.
- Application forms sent by post or courier are rejected.
- Those who wanted to submit new application after submitting one application had to first cancel the old form.
Regarding any communication with candidate, the exam conducting body sends emails and sms to the email id and mobile number provided during registration. Hence if candidate is not getting communication they should check the spam box once.

What to take to the exam center?
There will be identity verification at the exam center. Therefore, candidates must take the following also to the center.
- Admit Card Printout
- Photo Identity With Same Name As In Admit Card
Photo identity card can be any one of the following: PAN Card, Indian Passport, Driving License, Voter’s Card, Bank Passbook with Photograph, Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer on official letterhead along with photograph, Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead along with photograph, recent Identity Card issued by a recognized School / College, Aadhaar Card, E-Aadhaar Card print with a photograph should be shown to the invigilator for verification.
Please note that ration card, learners driving license are not valid ID proofs.
Candidates must not indulge in unfair means
If found to do so, candidate will not only be disqualified from the MHT CET 2020, he/she will also be liable for punishment under Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, Universities, Board and Other Specified Examination Act, 1982.
Declaration required by candidates with scribes
Candidates who will avail the services of a scribe during the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2020 will also need to show this one document at the time of exam. This is known as the ‘declaration by the candidate and scribe/writer’ and is given in proforma A of the MHT CET 2020 information brochure. A screenshot of the same is given below.

- Mode of exam: Maharashtra CET will be computer based test.
- Language of paper: Questions will be in English, Urdu, Marathi. However Urdu and Marathi language will be displayed only for those candidates who had opted for it.
- Type of questions: Questions will be MCQs with 4 options of which 1 will be correct.
- Marking scheme: Physics, Chemistry, Biology will have 1 mark for each question, and Mathematics will have 2 marks for each question. There is no negative marking.
- Exam duration: 3 hours
- Number of questions: There will be 150 questions in the PCM paper, and 200 in the PCB paper.
