The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test, popularly known as GPAT, is a national-level entrance examination for admission to Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) programmes across institutions in India. A valid GPAT score is also important for availing scholarships and stipends in pharmacy postgraduate education. The test is conducted once a year in computer-based online mode and assesses candidates on the various subjects of the pharmacy undergraduate curriculum. GPAT scores are accepted by AICTE-approved institutions for M.Pharm admission. Admission is based on the GPAT score along with the institute-specific eligibility and counselling process.
