DTU TIMES formally DCE TIMES is the first ever college newspaper in Engineering Colleges in India. It was started by Anand Meena and Abhishek Bindal, student of 3rd Year, COE, Delhi Technological University, formally Delhi College of Engineering, in the month of Jan 2009. It was started with the aim of providing information and bridiging the gap between the administration and students. Also this publication Provided many opportunities to students to develop their creativities.
